I am a certified ACSM (American College of Sports and Medicine) Personal Trainer for over 12 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science where I trained in Physical Therapy and rehabilitation techniques. I am also a Certified TRX Personal Trainer with over a decade of practical experience. I am committed to the science of exercise, training clientele ranging from the general population, seniors, fragile individuals and clients with spinal issues.
I am passionate about the correct exercise mechanisms which is why I focus not only on training, but on educating proper form, posture, and balance to help my clients create lifelong healthy habits. That is why I believe that “physical activity promotes optimal health and is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions” which is often times as, or more effective than drugs.
Jacqueline “Jack” Taylor
Jack was born in South Bend Indiana and has been in the Health and Fitness field for 12 years. She graduated with a national certification from the National Personal Trainer Institute (NPTI) in Corona Del Mar, CA and completed 500 hours of classroom studies and 500 hours of nutrition. Jack interned at a private gym in Corona Del Mar, CA and at Bally’s Total Fitness in Rosemead CA. She is certified in Bosu Ball, Stretching & Trigger Points, TRX and Foam Roller.
Jack enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals and obtain a healthy lifestyles. She is also creative in designing workout routines. When not at work, she loves watching and playing football, basketball, volleyball, softball, golf, and working out. She also like roller skating, skateboarding and watching the Olympics.

Candie started her fitness journey after deciding that sitting behind a desk and being sedentary wasn’t her ideal way of life. She grew up with a background in Muay Thai and is an avid runner. Not only does she compete in distance runs she truly enjoys trail runs, and obstacle course races. It’s the community and friendship cultivation that draws her to these events, more so than the competition itself.
Candie started CrossFit in 2008 and her first workout was "Murph". She had no idea what to expect and has since been hooked with the varied training that CrossFit provides. The motto: "To outlift a runner, and outrun a lifter" has since been her go-to slogan. She fell in love with the technicality of the Olympic lifting portion of CrossFit and is USAW certified.
Candie has extensive knowledge working with kettlebells and barbells. She's an advocate for strength training. Candie received her powerlifting certification via USPA to learn how to lift with the big boys, and now uses it in her daily coaching and training.
Candie is a motivational group instructor as well as personal trainer who caters to your specific goals. She has thorough knowledge in athletic specific training and is certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers.
