Back to Basics Training Program is designed for people who are learning to exercise effectively. It is a 6-week strength training program. Our goal is to help you get fitter, gain strength, and strengthen your core. We meet 3 times a week as a small group OR as personal training upon your request.

- Morning Sessions
7:00 - 7:30 AM ; 7:30 - 8:00 AM ; 10:00 - 10:30 AM ; 10:30 - 11:00 AM
10:00 - 10:30 AM ; 10:30 - 11:00 AM
8:00 - 8:30 AM ; 8:30 - 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Sessions
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
2:00 - 2:30 PM ; 2:30 - 3:00 PM
- Evening Sessions
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:00 - 6:30 PM ; 6:30 - 7:00 PM

You will learn, you will move, and you will sweat in this 30-minute session. MÜV also provides nutrition coaching for you to meet healthy fitness goals! Our classes are led by experienced trainers who specialized in functional and corrective exercises. We make sure exercise is fun, safe, and effective for you.
