Training with friends or family (2-3 people maximum) is also a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. You can work out with your friends, family, or join one of our already existing semi-private training groups.  You can form your own group, or let us match you with others that have compatible fitness levels and goals.

This is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals! Our small group focuses on functional movements to target all the major muscle groups and give you a good workout.

Small group training sessions are a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a group of 4-6 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own.
